TRANSACTION CURRENCY AND PRICING

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Tooshies products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the policies above.The Tooshies website and all contents of this site are provided on an ‘as is’ basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

PAYMENTS

We will charge your credit card when we ship your order.We accept the following payment types at this time: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Apple Pay. We do not accept Amex. For recurring subscription orders, we currently accept Visa and MasterCard payments only. For your convenience, our Merchant facility (Bank of Melbourne) will save your credit or debit card information – this information is not stored or accessible to Nice Pak Products, it is stored securely by the Bank of Melbourne.

We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill your account directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement.The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
