Change your orders over the phone, their online ordering portal is way too complicated for a parent juggling children and duties. No not all but for me yes. Hence the 'personal opinion nature' of reviews. A Usability expert is needed by the company instead of internet services sales people.

Great nappies. Very absorbent.

Got some of the newborn sizes which seem to run a little big, especially on the thigh areas. Love the subscription option and the fact that it's biodegradable!

As usual, excellent product, I’ve tried almost all the eco friendly disposable nappies (as in they at least have a larger proportion of biodegradable materials compared to the standard nappies) and these are the most absorbent with the best seal. They’ll never be equivalent to the non biodegradable ones but to me these are nearly as good! We use them when bub’s thighs aren’t big enough for the MCNs or when we’re out and about.

I bought a newborn pack and a separate pack. As you have to change the newborn every few hours!! Nappy is too big and not thick enough. Also disappointed about not getting a discount as the first buyer as promised, somehow the website wouldn't let me! And had to pay for the shipping. I Sent an email to customer service back and forth about 10 times still didn't give a discount, and I ended up paying more than the shop price. The only good thing is it's good for the environment.
However, I don't recommend the product because it's not convenient for a newborn.
