We have pushed the limits and scoured the world to ensure we have sourced our materials from the most innovative suppliers with outstanding eco credentials. Up to 85% of the envrionmental impact of a disposable nappy is related to its raw materials, which is why we're committed to using plant based, renewable and biodegradable materials wherever possible without compromising performance.Organic
Our baby wipes are made from the most sustainable form or cellulose available. We use both natural and organic ingredients in our baby wipes because we believe in looking after our health and our planet.Biodegradable
Our wipes are 100% biodegradable and whilst our nappies are leading the way on sustainability, we’re not quite there yet. Technology currently doesn’t enable us to make a fully biodegradable nappy that will also actually work. We’re committed to leading innovation in this space and are working with the most progressive companies to discover new biodegradable technology that will, over time increase our compostability.

We are also proud that our wipes are 100% plastic free and biodegradable. No poly binders and no latex. Independently tested to biodegrade and compost within 60-90 days.

Our tooshies™ ECO Nappy Pants are made with 78% plant based materials and 75% less plastic than conventional disposable nappies.

Waste Revolution
Technology currently doesn’t enable us to make a fully biodegradable nappy that will also actually work, so all disposable nappies still include some plastic-based ingredients. While we are committed to reducing this over time, our donation program with Waste Revolution enables us to have a better impact on the amount of plastic that ends up in landfill and in our environment.
Through our donation program with Waste Revolution, we are helping to recycle over 15,000kgs of plastic from the Australian environment and via BlazeAid, repurpose that plastic to help communities and farms rebuilds after natural disasters.
The Babes Project
Since 2020, tooshies has partnered with The Babes Project to support vulnerable women experiencing pregnancy and new motherhood in challenging circumstances, by providing much needed nappies, wipes and other essential supplies for their journey into parenthood. So, there's one less thing for them to think about.
Every woman needs support, knowledge and an understanding ally to thrive in her motherhood. The Babes Project educates and empowers new mothers to face the fears, tears and challenges through pregnancy and the first crucial year of baby's life.

As a team of parents, we understand the health and wellbeing of our children is paramount and keeping families together during difficult times is crucial to creating a safe and nurturing environment.
tooshies is a proud Adopt a Room partner at the Ronald McDonald Family Room at Monash Children’s Hospital. When a child is diagnosed with a serious illness, it impacts the whole family. Lives can be turned upside down. That’s why RMHC provide a range of programs to help families stay together and close to the care they need.

The world’s most sustainable plant, bamboo is fast-growing and regeneration, improves air quality and requires little water or chemicals to grow.
Solar Powered Facilities
Our wipes are manufactured in a factory using solar power and we’ve even moved our manufacturing closer to Australia to reduce the distance our nappies have to travel to your change table.
Your Baby's Tooshie
Your baby will use over 6,000 nappies and over 12,000 wipes in the first few years of their life. Our nappies are a slimline design and last up to 12 hours, meaning less bulk that heads into landfill.
Landfill
Though we’d love to create a completely compostable and biodegradable nappy, the technology doesn’t exist yet. So, by using plant-based bioplastics, viscose and bamboo, we’re optimising renewable resources with a lower carbon footprint. Meanwhile, our non-nappy products such as wipes and nappy bags are already 100% biodegradable and compostable.
