Refer A Friend - Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter: This referral program ("Program") is run by NP Brands Pty Ltd (ABN 71 051 956 346), 120 Woodlands Drive, Braeside VIC 3195 ("tooshies", "we", "us"), operating tooshies.com.au (the "Website"). tooshies is a registered trademark of NP Brands Pty Ltd.
  2. Definitions:
    • "Referrer" — an eligible customer who shares their referral code.
    • "Referred Friend" — a person who uses a Referrer's code at checkout.
    • "Referral Credit Voucher" — $20 account credit vouchers issued to a Referrer.
    • "Friend Discount" — $20 off a Referred Friend's qualifying first order.
  3. Eligibility: To take part you must:
    1. be at least 18 years old;
    2. be a resident of Australia; and
    3. hold a valid tooshies account at tooshies.com.au.
    Business, wholesale and reseller accounts are excluded.
  4. How it works:
    1. A Referrer signs up or logs in and is issued a unique URL.
    2. The Referrer shares that URL with a Referred Friend.
    3. The Referred Friend uses the URL to supply their email address and receives a $20 code via email. The Referred Friend enters the code at checkout on a qualifying order and receives the Friend Discount.
    4. Once that order is complete ("complete" = order fulfilled and processed), the Referrer receives a $20 Referral Credit Voucher in their account, usable on a future order.
  5. Referred Friend conditions: The Friend Discount is available to new tooshies customers only and applies to their first order only. The code must be entered at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. The Friend Discount applies to orders of $50 or more (excluding shipping).
  6. Referral Credit Voucher conditions:
    1. Referral Credit Vouchers are applied to the Referrer's tooshies account and can be redeemed against a future order on the Website.
    2. Credit Voucher  can be used together with a subscription discount, one-off purchase or other promotional offer.
    3. Up to five credit vouchers can be applied per single order.
    4. Referral Credit Vouchers are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash.
    5. If an order paid for in whole or part with a Referral Credit Voucher is cancelled or returned, the credit voucher portion is returned as credit voucher, not cash.
    6. Referral Credit Vouchers expire 6 months after issue.
  7. No referral limit: There is no limit to the number of friends a Referrer may refer, or the number of Referral Credit Vouchers they may earn, subject to these terms.
  8. Fair use and exclusions: The Program is for genuine personal referrals only. We may withhold, reverse or cancel any Friend Discount or Referral Credit Voucher, close accounts, and disqualify participants where we reasonably suspect misuse, including: self-referral; creating multiple or fake accounts; referrals between the same person, household, payment method or delivery address; automated, bulk or public distribution of codes (including on coupon, deal or discount-listing sites); or any use that is fraudulent, in breach of these terms, or not in the spirit of the Program. Codes must not be shared as spam.
  9. Changes and termination: We may change, suspend or end the Program, or vary these terms, at any time and without notice. Credit Vouchers validly earned before a change will be honoured in accordance with the terms that applied when they were earned, except where we reasonably need to act to prevent misuse or fraud.
  10. Privacy: Personal information collected through the Program is handled in line with the NP Brands Privacy Policy. By sharing a code, you confirm you have the recipient's consent to contact them and that you will only share codes with people you personally know.
  11. General: These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the Program is limited. If any clause is found invalid, the rest continue to apply. NP Brands reserves the right to withdraw or adapt this program at any time. All valid credit vouchers would continue to be honoured.
