This offer is for Entrants to win a one year supply of tooshies nappies to the value of $1250 if they create and sing a jingle while changing a child’s nappy within the Competition Period (Competition). Winner must order in quantities of 4 packs of nappies (size 1-5) or nappy pants (4-6) to avoid additional freight costs.
Definitions

Competition Period means between Sunday 16th February 2025 and Sunday 1st March 2025;

Entrant or You means an Australian resident who enters the Competition;

Prize means a year’s supply of nappies to the value of $1250;

Promoter means Nice-Pak Products Pty. Ltd. ABN 051 956 346.
Entrants

The Promoter can ask the Entrant for proof of identity for validation. The Promoter decides whether this is sufficient.

Entrants must be residents of Australia and cannot be employees or relatives of employees of the Promotor.

To enter the Competition and qualify for the Prize, the Entrant must within the Competition Period:

How the Prize Winner is selected

The Promoter will decide the winner of the Prize (“Prize Winner”) on Thursday 6th March at 7/30 Wangaratta Street, Richmond VIC 3121.

The Prize Winner is in the Promoter's sole discretion based on its opinion of the best video submitted by an Entrant, considering the following criteria: a) Family-friendly content appropriate for all audiences; b) Original composition (excluding any copyrighted music or lyrics); c) Inclusion of the nappy changing process; d) Video duration not exceeding sixty (60) seconds; e) Creativity and originality of lyrics; f) Musical appeal; and g) Overall entertainment value. The Promoter's decision is final, and the Promoter is not obliged to give reasons for its decision. The Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the Prize Winner.

The Promoter will contact the Prize Winner by direct message on social media within 2 business days of the Judging Date. The Promoter may publish the Prize Winner’s name on the Promoter’s website or social media pages (e.g. Instagram or Facebook).

The Prize Winner must provide a valid phone number, valid address and email address to redeem the Prize.

If the Promoter can’t contact the Prize Winner within ten (10) business days of the Judging Date, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will select a new Prize Winner at 7/30 Wangaratta Street, Richmond VIC 3121 on Thursday 20th March 2025.

To redeem the Prize, the Prize Winner must agree to and sign any disclaimers or agreements required by the Promoter.

the Promoter will deliver the Prize to the Prize Winner by post to a valid address.

The Prize Winner consents to the Promoter or its promotional partners using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in marketing (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition.

The Promoter may require the Prize Winner to enter into any additional agreements to accept the Prize.
General

Entrants may enter the Competition multiple times.

The Competition is valid only while stocks last.

The Prize is non-transferrable and may not be exchanged for any other consideration.

The Promoter will not compensate the Prize Winner if the Prize can’t be used or becomes unavailable.

The Promoter can change or cancel the Competition and Prize at any time, subject to laws.
